This study tests Project Using Practice and Learning to Increase Favorable Thoughts (UPLIFT) which is a Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program teaching participants with epilepsy methods that include challenging thoughts, behavioral activation, coping, problem-solving, and mindfulness, for well-being and costs.
