IACS-6274 With or Without Bevacizumab and Paclitaxel for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors
To find the highest tolerable dose of IACS-6274 that can be given alone, in combination with bevacizumab and paclitaxel, or in combination with capivasertib to patients who have solid tumors. The safety and tolerability of the study drug(s) will also be studied.
Stereotactic Liver Ablation Assisted With Intra-Arterial CT Hepatic Arteriography and Ablation Confirmation Software Assessment (STEREOLAB)
To achieve adequate tumor treatment coverage with sufficient minimal ablation margins, several steps are required: firstly, it is critical to define tumor boundaries and extent on intra-procedural CT image; secondly, accurate planning, targeting, and confirmation of ablation probe placement within the tumor; thirdly, the use of an intra-procedural imaging assessment …
Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib for the Treatment of Advanced, Unresectable, or Metastatic Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma
This early phase I trial studies the effect of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib in treating patients with gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma that has spread to other places in the body (advanced/metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the …
CD30 CAR T Cells, Relapsed CD30 Expressing Lymphoma (RELY-30)
The subject has a type of lymph gland cancer called Lymphoma. The body has different ways of fighting infection and disease. No single way seems perfect for fighting cancer. This research study combines two different ways of fighting disease: antibodies and T cells. T cells, also called T lymphocytes, are …
Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes in Treating Patients With Malignancies With BK and/or JC Virus
This phase II trial studies how well donor cytotoxic T lymphocytes work in treating patients with malignancies with BK and/or JC virus. Cytotoxic T lymphocytes are made from donated blood cells that are grown in the laboratory and are designed to kill viruses that can cause infections in transplant patients …
A Phase II Study of Nivolumab With Ipilimumab and Cabozantinib in Patients With Untreated Renal Cell Carcinoma Brain Metastases
A Phase II Study of Nivolumab with Ipilimumab and Cabozantinib in Patients with Untreated Renal Cell Carcinoma Brain Metastases
Correlation of Clinical Response to Pathologic Response in Patients With Early Breast Cancer
The purpose of this study is to learn whether clinical response (the amount a tumor shrinks based on imaging or tumor measurements obtained by physical exam) predicts pathologic response (the amount of tumor remaining when surgery is performed) in participants with breast cancer who are receiving chemotherapy prior to surgery.
A Phase I Study of ROSE12 Alone and in Combination With Other Anti-tumor Agents in Patients With Solid Tumors
This is a Phase Ia/Ib open-label, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of ROSE12 as a single agent and in combination with other anti-tumor agents in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The study will consist of three parts: a dose-escalation part, a biopsy part (the …
Fecal Microbiota Transplantation in Treating Immune-Checkpoint Inhibitor Induced-Diarrhea or Colitis in Genitourinary Cancer Patients
This trial studies how well fecal microbiota transplantation works in treating diarrhea or colitis (inflammation of the intestines) that is caused by certain types of medications (called immune-checkpoint inhibitors) in patients with genitourinary cancer. Fecal microbiota transplantation may effectively reduce the incidence of immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced diarrhea/colitis.
A Mobile Phone Text-based Intervention to Reduce Sedentary Behavior and Engage Communities on the Importance of Healthy Lifestyles: the TEXT2MOVE Study
To learn if an 8-week, phone-based texting intervention program will reduce sedentary (non-mobile) behavior.
