The purpose of this pivotal study is to determine if intravenous Rezafungin is efficacious and safe in the prevention of invasive fungal diseases when compared to the standard antimicrobial regimen.
Testing Radiation and HER2-targeted Therapy Versus HER2-targeted Therapy Alone for Low-risk HER2-positive Breast Cancer
This Phase III trial compares the recurrence-free interval (RFI) among patients with early-stage, low risk HER2+ breast cancer who undergo breast conserving surgery and receive HER2-directed therapy, and are randomized to not receive adjuvant breast radiotherapy versus those who are randomized to receive adjuvant radiotherapy per the standard of care.
First in Human Study of Ziftomenib in Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia
This first-in-human (FIH) dose-escalation and dose-validation/expansion study will assess ziftomenib, a menin-MLL(KMT2A) inhibitor, in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) as part of Phase 1.
