Inotuzumab Ozogamicin and Post-Induction Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With High-Risk B-ALL, Mixed Phenotype Acute Leukemia, and B-LLy
This phase III trial studies whether inotuzumab ozogamicin added to post-induction chemotherapy for patients with High-Risk B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) improves outcomes. This trial also studies the outcomes of patients with mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL), and B-lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LLy) when treated with ALL therapy without inotuzumab ozogamicin. Inotuzumab …
Study to Assess the Safety and Effectiveness of NMRA-335140-501
This is a 52-week open-label extension (OLE) study that will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of NMRA-335140 in participants with major depressive disorder (MDD). Participants who completed a parent study investigating the efficacy and safety of NMRA-335140 as a treatment for MDD (ie, NMRA-335140-301, NMRA-335140-302, or NMRA-335140-303), and complete …
A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Inavolisib in Combination With Phesgo Versus Placebo in Combination With Phesgo in Participants With PIK3CA-Mutated HER2-Positive Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of inavolisib in combination with Phesgo (pertuzumab, trastuzumab, and rHuPH20 injection for subcutaneous use) compared with placebo in combination with Phesgo, as maintenance therapy, after induction therapy in participants with previously untreated HER2-positive advanced breast cancer (ABC).
A Study to Compare Two Surgical Procedures in Individuals With BRCA1 Mutations to Assess Reduced Risk of Ovarian Cancer
This clinical trial studies how well two surgical procedures (bilateral salpingectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy) work in reducing the risk of ovarian cancer for individuals with BRCA1 mutations. Bilateral salpingectomy involves the surgical removal of fallopian tubes, and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy involves the surgical removal of both the fallopian tubes and ovaries. …
Testing Radiation and HER2-targeted Therapy Versus HER2-targeted Therapy Alone for Low-risk HER2-positive Breast Cancer
This Phase III trial compares the recurrence-free interval (RFI) among patients with early-stage, low risk HER2+ breast cancer who undergo breast conserving surgery and receive HER2-directed therapy, and are randomized to not receive adjuvant breast radiotherapy versus those who are randomized to receive adjuvant radiotherapy per the standard of care.
First in Human Study of Ziftomenib in Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia
This first-in-human (FIH) dose-escalation and dose-validation/expansion study will assess ziftomenib, a menin-MLL(KMT2A) inhibitor, in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) as part of Phase 1. In Phase 2, assessment of ziftomenib will continue in patients with NPM1-m AML.
Efficacy and Safety of Trimodulin (BT588) in Subjects With Severe Community-acquired Pneumonia (sCAP)
The main objective of the trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of trimodulin as adjunctive treatment to standard of care (SoC) compared to placebo plus SoC in adult hospitalized subjects with sCAP on invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV). Other objectives are to determine detailed pharmacokinetic (PK) properties of trimodulin …
First-in-Human Study of STX-478 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Other Antineoplastic Agents in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors
Study STX-478-101 is a multipart, open-label, phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of STX-478 in participants with advanced solid tumors with certain mutations. Part 1 will evaluate STX-478 as monotherapy in participants with advanced solid tumors and breast cancer; Part 2 will evaluate …
A Phase 1/2a Study of DB-1303/BNT323 in Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors
This is a dose-escalation and dose-expansion Phase 1/2a trial to evaluate the safety and tolerability of DB-1303/BNT323 in subjects with advanced solid tumors that express HER2.
Tebentafusp Regimen Versus Investigator's Choice in Previously Treated Advanced Melanoma (TEBE-AM)
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tebentafusp-based regimens tebentafusp monotherapy and in combination with anti-PD1 vs investigator choice (including clinical trials of investigational agents, salvage therapy per local standard of care (SoC), best supportive care (BSC)) on protocol survivor follow up) in patients with advanced non-ocular melanoma
