A Study of Local Ablative Therapy (LAT) in People With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
The purpose of this study is to see whether receiving local ablative therapy (LAT) when minimal residual disease/MRD levels are rising can reduce MRD levels and control metastatic non-small cell lung cancer/NSCLC longer compared to systemic therapy.
Study of Induction PD-1 Blockade in Subjects With Locally Advanced Mismatch Repair Deficient Solid Tumors
The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, TSR-042, followed by standard chemoradiotherapy (the chemotherapy drug capecitabine + radiation therapy) and standard surgery is an effective treatment for advanced dMMR solid tumors. The study will also look at the safety of the study drug.
Engage & Connect: A Psychotherapy for Postpartum Depression
This randomized controlled trial compares a novel psychotherapy, Engage & Connect, with a Symptom Review and Psychoeducation intervention, tailored to reduce postpartum depression. The study includes 9-weeks interventions, delivered remotely. It will examine changes in social isolation, processing of social rewards and depression severity over 9 weeks of treatment.
Comparing Proton Therapy to Photon Radiation Therapy for Esophageal Cancer
This trial studies how well proton beam radiation therapy compared with intensity modulated photon radiotherapy works in treating patients with stage I-IVA esophageal cancer. Proton beam radiation therapy uses a beam of protons (rather than x-rays) to send radiation inside the body to the tumor without damaging much of the …
Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib in Advanced Cervical Cancer
This is a phase II trial of combination therapy of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib in patients with locally advanced or metastatic cervical cancer that had failed first line of therapy. The hypothesis is the combination of lenvatinib and pembrolizumab will overcome vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-mediated immunosuppression to enhance the response …
Gemcitabine and Cisplatin Without Cystectomy for Patients With Muscle Invasive Bladder Urothelial Cancer and Select Genetic Alterations
This phase II trial studies how well gemcitabine hydrochloride and cisplatin work in treating participants with invasive bladder urothelial cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from …
TTVR Early Feasibility Study
The objective of this early feasibility study is to gain early clinical insight into the performance of the Intrepid transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR) system intended for transfemoral access to deliver a self-expanding bioprosthetic valve within the tricuspid valve.
Study of RET Inhibitor TAS0953/HM06 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors With RET Gene Abnormalities
Phase 1 and 2 trial to study the safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of TAS0953/HM06 in patients with advanced solid tumors with RET gene abnormalities. Phase 1 aims to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and identify the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) to be used in phase 2.
Impact of Prophylactic Ephedrine on Fetal Heart Tracing and Uterine Tetanic Contraction After CSE
Labor analgesia is an important component of the care of laboring patients. A known side effect of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia (a type of labor analgesia) is an increased incidence of category II fetal heart rate tracing (defined below) and low blood pressure. The study team aims to study …
Decision Aid (DA) for Renal Patients
The objective of this study is to understand how patients make decisions about treating their kidney masses, and to identify key values and preferences for treating their kidney masses. The study team will develop a decision aid (DA) using the decision-analytic model to communicate personalized benefit/harm estimates to patients and …
