Repeated Neural Stem Cell Based Virotherapy for Newly Diagnosed High Grade Glioma
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and feasibility of administering repeated doses of neural stem cell (NSC)-conditionally replicative adenovirus (CRAd)-survivin (S)-protomer (p)k7, in persons with newly diagnosed high grade glioma. The main questions it aims to answer are: whether multiple doses of NSC-CRAd-S-pk7 are …

Adding the Immunotherapy Drug Cemiplimab to Usual Treatment for People With Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Who Had Previous Treatment With Platinum Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy (An Expanded Lung-MAP Treatment Trial)
This phase II/III Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial compares the effect of adding cemiplimab to docetaxel and ramucirumab versus docetaxel and ramucirumab alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Cemiplimab is a monoclonal antibody …
Targeted Treatment for Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer That Has a MET Exon 14 Skipping Gene Change (An Expanded Lung-MAP Treatment Trial)
This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period …

The SEQUENCE Trial: Evaluating Diagnostic Yield of Robotic-assisted Bronchoscopy When Staging EBUS is Performed First or Second in the Same Procedure
Robotic-assisted bronchoscopy (RaB) has afforded proceduralists the ability to accurately reach the periphery of the lung for biopsy of pulmonary nodules1. This has paved the way for patients to undergo both biopsy of a peripheral nodule and a staging linear endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) in the same anesthesia event, promoting quicker …

It will also learn about the safety of …
Tibial IMN Vs. Tibial Micromotion IMN
Our null hypothesis is that micromotion tibial intramedullary fixation (IMFN) does not impact union or complication rates when compared to standard of care treatment with non-micromotion tibial nail fixation. There are no current or past randomized controlled trials comparing these fixation techniques to one another. There is good data supporting …
