This registry is a prospective, multi-center, single-arm study of pediatric subjects (ages 18-21 years) who are undergoing implant of the Inspire Upper Airway Stimulation (UAS) System for the treatment of moderate or severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Determine the difference in the modified Rankin score at 16 weeks in participants with anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis treated with "first-line" immunomodulatory therapies provided as standard-of-care, and either inebilizumab (investigational agent) or placebo.
