International CRDS Registry
Calcium Release Deficiency Syndrome (CRDS) is a newly discovered genetic arrhythmia syndrome that confers a risk of life-threatening arrhythmias secondary to RYR2 loss-of-function. The International CRDS registry has been designed to facilitate large-scale evaluation of CRDS, including its phenotypic spectrum, approaches to risk stratification, and optimal treatment strategies.
Master Protocol for Evaluating Multiple Infection Diagnostics for Ciprofloxacin-Resistant Neisseria Gonorrhoeae
The goal of this study is to learn if a few investigational tests can correctly find the gene mutation (mutant allele gyrA 91F) that predicts ciprofloxacin resistance in clinical specimens that harbor Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The main question the study aims to answer: Can the investigational reflex test find the correct …
Durability of Suppl. Rod Constructs-SuppleMentAry Rod Technique for Long-segment Posterior Instrumented Spinal Fusions
This is a multicenter retrospective comparative cohort study. The index surgery for this study is primary or revision long-segment posterior thoracolumbar (TL) instrumented fusion using either a supplementary rod construct or a dual-rod construct. Eligible patients who already had index surgery, will be identified for enrollment through a review of …
Effects of Dexrazoxane Hydrochloride on Biomarkers Associated With Cardiomyopathy and Heart Failure After Cancer Treatment
This clinical trial studies the effects of dexrazoxane hydrochloride on biomarkers associated with cardiomyopathy and heart failure after cancer treatment. Studying samples of blood in the laboratory from patients receiving dexrazoxane hydrochloride may help doctors learn more about the effects of dexrazoxane hydrochloride on cells. It may also help doctors …

Non-interventional Study of Seroprevalence of Pre-existing Antibodies Against Adenovirus-associated Virus Vector (AAV9) and the Progression of Disease in Patients With Plakophilin 2 (PKP2)-Associated Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC)
This is a multicenter, non-interventional study to observe the natural progression of the disease and to study the prevalence of pre-existing antibodies to AAV9 used for gene therapy in a population of patients with PKP2 gene-associated ARVC. Participation from all patients is encouraged regardless of interest in or eligibility for …
Development and Testing of a Pediatric Cervical Spine Injury Risk Assessment Tool
Cervical spine injuries (CSI) are serious, but rare events in children. Spinal precautions (rigid cervical collar and immobilization on a longboard) in the prehospital setting may be beneficial for children with CSI, but are poorly studied. In contrast, spinal precautions for pediatric trauma patients without CSI are common and may …
Effect of Fetal Aortic Valvuloplasty on Outcomes
In one of the most severe congenital heart defects, hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), the left ventricle is underdeveloped and the prognosis is worse than in most other heart defects.
