Cerclage with Progesterone Versus Progesterone Only in Singleton Pregnancies
This study compares the effectiveness of cervical cerclage with vaginal progesterone to vaginal progesterone only for the prevention of preterm birth in women with a singleton pregnancy and a short cervical length.
