Hemodynamic Optimization of Cerebral Perfusion After Endovascular Therapy in Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke

Mechanical thrombectomy is a very effective treatment in patients who have suffered an acute ischemic stroke associated with intracranial large vessel occlusion. However, less than half of the patients achieve functional independence despite treatment. The optimization of blood pressure after mechanical thrombectomy based on the degree of recanalization achieved at …

Thrombolysis Treated With TNK-tPA in Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients (3T Stroke-Ⅲ)

The trial is prospective, randomized, open-label, blinded endpoint (PROBE) design. Patients with acute ischemic stroke, who are eligible for standard intravenous thrombolysis within 4.5 hours of stroke onset will be randomized 1:1 to 0.25mg/kg or 0.9 mg/kg alteplase before all participants undergo endovascular thrombectomy.

Evaluation of Endovascular Treatment in Acute Intracranial Distal Medium Vessel Occlusion Stroke

Rationale: Distal Medium Vessel Occlusion (MeVO) are thought to cause as many as 25% to 40% of all acute ischemic strokes (AIS). Despite their relatively high frequency, there is no consensus regarding the optimal management of these patients. However, the fact that AIS related to MeVO often results in significant …
