The COPD in LCS Registry will identify and characterize individuals who have functional or radiographic evidence of COPD and are receiving lung cancer screening. Clinical information will be obtained from study participants including symptom burden, lung cancer risk, spirometry, imaging characteristics, and peripheral blood eosinophils.
The purpose of this study is to assess the awareness of eligibility of lung cancer screening in Hispanic/LatinX Head and Neck Cancer (HNC) survivors using a survey questionnaire; and to understand the barriers to screening using qualitative interviews.
This is a multicenter Phase I/II study for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have failed PD-1/L1 therapy, aiming to evaluate the safety of ZG005 in combination with Gecacitinib in this population, as well as the preliminary efficacy of this combination regimen.
The main objective is to compare ZG006 with Investigator-Selected Chemotherapy on prolonging overall survival (OS).
The goal of this observational study is to determine the most accurate tumor size measurement method for T-staging and prognostic assessment in lung cancer with cystic airspaces (LCCA). The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the optimal T-staging approach for accurately classifying lung cancer with cystic airspaces …
This is a phase 2, pragmatic, 1:1 randomized, open-label study that evaluates risk-adapted, proteomic-guided systemic therapy to improve 12-month progression free survival (PFS) among patients with previously untreated advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
This is a phase III clinical trial that aims to evaluate whether increasing the dose of radiotherapy given twice a day can improve treatment outcomes in patients with localized small cell lung cancer (SCLC). All patients will receive standard chemotherapy with cisplatin and etoposide and will be randomly assigned to …
This is a single-arm, multicenter, open-label, phase Ⅱ exploratory clinical study, which plans to enroll 74 treatment-naive patients with EGFR-sensitive mutations (exon 19 deletion, exon 21 L858R mutation) and symptomatic brain metastases from non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary objective is to evaluate the intracranial progression-free survival (iPFS) of …
This phase II trial studies the effect of lamivudine in combination with standard of care chemoimmunotherapy in treating patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Even though small cell lung cancer is initially highly responsive to first-line chemotherapy treatment, treatment resistance inevitably emerges; treatment resistance is when tumor cells …
The goal of this clinical trial is to understand whether Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR607 can enhance neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy for adult patients with non-small cell lung cancer. It will also evaluate the safety of LR607. The main questions it aims to answer include: Can LR607 improve the major pathological response of neoadjuvant …
