Protective Effect of Early High Dose stATins On Cardiovascular and Renal Events in Acute Coronary Syndrome
Registration of all ACS patients (STEMI and NSTEMI) admitted to the cardiology ward and scheduled for early invasive strategy. The aim is to evaluate the protective effects of early (on admission) high-dose high-potency statin therapy on early and mid-term cardiac and renal events in this subset of patients.
Acute Myocardial Infarction: Prognostic and Therapeutic Evaluation
AMIPE is both a retrospective and prospective study which was designed in order to collect data of patients with acute coronary syndromes and myocardial injury and to improve the knowledge about these conditions.

In this project the investigator's plan to collect blood during a patient's routine angiogram procedure which they will have due to having suffered a heart attack. Data from the patients' routine procedures for this condition, including but not exclusively, ECG, Echocardiogram, MRI scans, will be collected. The aim of the …

The single-center MIR-registry was created to assess real-world prevalence, demographic characteristics and management of patients with acute coronary syndrome presenting in the emergency department (ED) of University of Heidelberg.
Guided Optimisation of Long-term Disease rEduction in secoNdary Prevention of CVD
The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the implementation of a 'first-time-right' pharmacological treatment strategy in patients hospitalized with coronary artery disease. The main question it aims to answer is: Does early (immediately post-event) initiation of a full set of guideline-based, individualized, preventive medication lead to reductions in …
Retrospective Analysis of the Effect of In-hospital Initiation of PCSK9i on Clinical Outcomes in Chinese ACS Patients
The objective of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of in-hospital initiation of alirocumab combined with statin ± ezetimibe on major cardiovascular events (MACE) in Chinese ACS patients. The main question it aims to answer is: whether early initiation PCKS9i in hospital could reduce recent cardiovascular event risk in …
