Prophylactic Preoperative HIPEC in Advanced Gastric Cancer at High Risk of Peritoneal Recurrence
The study was designed to evaluate the efficacy of perioperative FLOT chemotherapy in combination with perioperative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in patients with advanced gastric cancer at high risk of peritoneal metastases. The impact of treatment on peritoneal recurrence and survival over 6 months, 1, 3 and 5 years will …
Standard Versus Super-extended Lymphadenectomy After Neo-adjuvant Chemotherapy for Gastric Cancer
In this study the patients with histological evidence of adenocarcinoma of the stomach will be screened and, if eligible, submitted to neo-adjuvant chemotherapy (NAC). After conclusions of NAC and obtaining informed consent, they will be registered and randomized to receive surgical D2 vs. D2plus lymphadenectomy.
Immunonutritional Supplement After Total Gastrectomy in Patients With Stage III Gastric Cancer
Gastric cancer patients with stage III will be randomized to immune nutrition support or control group at discharge after total gastrectomy. Patients will receive 6 months of immune nutrition support or normal diet after discharge. The primary and secondary outcomes will be collected.
Risk Assessment Evaluation for Identifying Participants at High Risk for Stomach Cancer
This clinical trial evaluates the usefulness of various risk assessment tests, including Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) breath testing, questionnaires, and endoscopies for identifying participants at high risk for stomach cancer. H. pylori is a bacteria that causes stomach inflammation and ulcers in the stomach. People with H. pylori infections may …

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of IV FCM(ferric carboxymaltose) in patients with AGC receiving palliative chemotherapy. This study will also evaluate the effect of IV FCM on the treatment outcomes of palliative chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer receiving fluoropyrimidine and platinum-based …
Proximal Gastrectomy Vs Total Gastrectomy in Locally Advanced Upper Gastric Cancer After Neoadjuvant Therapy
We plan to evaluate the efficacy and safety of proximal gastric vs. total gastric radical resection after SOX combined with anti-PD-1 neoadjuvant therapy in locally advanced upper gastric cancer
Transarterial Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy vs.Traditional Intravenous Chemotherapy For Locally Advanced Gastric Cancer With SOX+PD-1
SOX regimen, consisting of oral S-1 and intravenous oxaliplatin, is the preferred regimen for perioperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the efficacy and safety between S-1 combined with oxaliplatin by arterial infusion, as neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and conventional SOX regimen, in locally advanced …
