Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Having a diagnosis of FM
  • Being a woman between the ages of 18 and 65
  • Being willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Diagnosed additional neurological, infectious, and other inflammatory rheumatic diseases; uncontrolled endocrine and/or autoimmune diseases
  • Severe psychiatric disorders
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Malignancy
  • Presence of acute inflammation, open wounds, or erythema in the massage areas
