Our study was an anonymous, questionnaire-based, cross-sectional study utilizing frequency-scale questions. The 2025 American Diabetes Association (ADA) 'Standards of Care in Diabetes' served as the guiding framework for this study, specifically Section 8, titled 'Obesity and Weight Management for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes' .
