Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Chronic low back pain patients (more than three months)
  • Knee osteoarthritis
  • Patients with partial Rotator cuff tear

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Acute injuries
  • Systemic inflammatory conditions
  • Neurological deficits affecting exercise
  • Cognitive impairment preventing understanding of education materials
  • Participation in other rehabilitation programs
