Inclusion Criteria:

  • Adult patients undergoing elective airway surgery under general anesthesia with Transnasal Humidified Rapid-Insufflation Ventilatory Exchange (THRIVE)
  • Patients who provide written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Patients who decline to participate in the study
