Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria:

  • cardiac surgery including the implant of a VAVGJ or CAVGJ for native or prosthetic valve replacement

Exclusion Criteria:

  • anticoagulation therapy intolerant
  • active endocarditis
  • anatomical or medical, surgical, psychological or social contraindications
