As Earth seeks to understand the body

The Space health data platform for life beyond gravity

Health Data, Anywhere Humans Explore
Space missions demand health monitoring in environments with limited connectivity and extreme conditions. Traditional tools fall short—especially when handling complex, multi-modal data. TrialX Space Health Systems delivers an offline-capable, AI-powered platform built to collect, integrate, and analyze diverse datasets—from wearables to genomics—even beyond Earth’s grid. We make remote health research possible, wherever the mission goes.

TREK-I – A Space Analog Mission on Earth to Collect Remote Health Data: Understanding Human Adaptation At High Altitudes

The TREK‑I Analog Mission by TrialX involved trekking to Gangbal Lake in the Himalayas to simulate extreme, space‑like conditions and study how humans adapt to high altitudes. Using wearable devices and environmental sensors, the team collected health data such as heart rate, SpO₂, and activity levels, along with environmental metrics, even in offline conditions. After completing the trek, the data were synced to the cloud, successfully validating TrialX’s remote health‑data collection platform and providing insights into human adaptation in challenging environments.
