This is a full-time remote role as a Solutions Specialist, Client Services at TrialX. As a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing client accounts, addressing client inquiries and concerns, providing product demonstrations and trainings, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and helping them optimize their use of TrialX solutions.
