Effect of Agricultural Practices on Crops, Gut Microbiome, and Human Health
The human gut microbiome plays a regulatory role in host health, and is involved in metabolic, immune, and neurological processes. Diet shapes the gut microbiome; by providing essential nutrients, which sustain the existing microorganisms and by introducing foodborne microbes that modulate its composition. Notably, the impact of microbes from fruit …

Personalized Live-remote Exercise Training for Cancer Survivors
Background Many people with cancer face ongoing problems from their disease and treatments, like fatigue, reduced physical fitness, feeling anxious or down, and neuropathy. While exercise might help with these problems, most studies did not focus on tailoring exercise to address these specific complaints. Exercise programs under supervision (like with …
A Study of Revumenib in R/R Leukemias Including Those With an MLL/KMT2A Gene Rearrangement or NPM1 Mutation
Phase 1 dose escalation will determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of revumenib in participants with acute leukemia. In Phase 2, participants will be enrolled in 3 indication-specific expansion cohorts to determine the efficacy, short- and long-term safety, and tolerability of revumenib.
24 Weeks Double-blind Randomized Placebo-controlled Trial to Evaluate Efficacy, PK, Safety of LOU064 in Adolescents (12 - <18) With CSU and Inadequate Response to H1-antihistamine Followed by Optional 3 Years Open-label Extension and an Optional 3 Years Safety Long-term Treatment-free Follow-up
The purpose of this trial is: to assess the efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and safety of remibrutinib vs. placebo in adolescents from 12 to < 18 years of age suffering from chronic spontaneous urticaria inadequately controlled by H1-antihistamines to collect long-term efficacy, safety and tolerability data on remibrutinib in adolescents after having …
A Study Comparing Abelacimab to Dalteparin in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal/Genitourinary Cancer and Associated VTE
This is a Phase 3, multicenter, open-label, blinded endpoint study to evaluate the effect of abelacimab relative to dalteparin on venous thromboembolism (VTE) recurrence and bleeding in patients with gastrointestinal (GI)/genitourinary (GU) cancer associated VTE (Magnolia)
Randomized, Embedded, Multifactorial Adaptive Platform Trial for Community- Acquired Pneumonia

A Study of Milvexian in Participants After a Recent Acute Coronary Syndrome
The purpose of this study is to evaluate that milvexian is superior to placebo, in addition to standard-of-care, in reducing the risk of major adverse cardiovascular event (MACE) (the composite of cardiovascular [CV] death, myocardial infarction [MI], and ischemic stroke).
Clinical Outcome and Cost-effectiveness of Reduced Noradrenaline by Using a Lower Blood Pressure Target in Patients With Cardiogenic Shock From Acute Myocardial Infarction
Rationale: Pump failure due to acute myocardial infarction (AMI) can lead to cardiogenic shock (CS): a state of low blood flow to end-organs with subsequent multi-organ failure that is associated with high mortality rated. The first line pharmacologic treatment strategy in CS is noradrenaline. This vasopressor drug is used to …
