Study of Chediak-Higashi Syndrome
Chediak-Higashi syndrome (CHS) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized in its classical form by oculocutaneous albinism, a bleeding diathesis, recurrent infection due to abnormal neutrophil and natural killer cell function, and eventual progression to a lymphohistiocytic infiltration known as the accelerated phase . Death often occurs within the first …
Predictors and Prognostic Factors of Myasthenia Gravis Outcome
This study aims to characterize the clinical features, frequency of different subgroups of MG, and identify predictors of treatment responsiveness among different subgroups of MG. The predictors are including primary outcome (percentage of changes in MG scales at baseline at time of enrollment and after 3 months) and secondary outcome …
Correlation Between TILs and Blood Cell Counts in Triple Negative Breast Cancer Patients
The PERCEPTION study aims to assess the correlation between blood cell counts (Leucocytes, Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Platelets, NLR (Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio) and PLR (Platelet-to-Lymphocyte Ratio)) and Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TILs), at baseline and after surgery, for patients diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. It also aims to assess these circulating elements and …

MAGNETIC RESONANCE SPECTROSCOPY BIOMARKERS IN TYPE 3 GAUCHER DISEASE (GD3)
Recent studies have has shown that magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) can provide validated neuronal markers in patients with Type 1 GD (GD1) who are on stable therapy. However, alterations in neurometabolites in adult patients with GD3, who have established neurological involvement, are not well understood. The goal of this study …
