European All-comers' Multicentric Prospective REGISTRY on LUMINOR© Drug Eluting Balloon in the Superficial Femoral Artery and Popliteal Artery With 5 Years Follow-up.
The objective of this all-comers registry is to explore the safety, efficacy, and cost-efficiency of the LUMINOR© DEB in de-novo and restenotic-FP lesions. For de-novo and restenotic lesions, especially for calcified and/or long lesions/occlusions, the use of debulking devices to improve recalibration and drug penetration will be evaluated in a …
Hematological Effects of Atypical Antipsychotics (AAPs) in a Geriatric Population: What is the Role of 5-HT2 Receptors
White lineage abnormalities and in particular neutropenia and agranulocytosis are known and increasingly studied adverse effects of antipsychotics, particularly second generation. White lineage abnormalities have been found with each of the drugs in this class even if progression to agranulocytosis is rarer with drugs other than Clozapine. The infections, sometimes …
Markers of COPD Exacerbations

The disease recurs in up to 50,000 men each year after their early-stage disease was treated; however, at this stage, imaging scans are often unable to find the disease in the body. In this natural history …
Whole Exome Sequencing in Finding Causative Variants in Germline DNA Samples From Patients With Congestive Heart Failure Receiving Therapy for Breast Cancer
This research trial studies whole exome sequencing in finding causative variants in germline deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) samples from patients with congestive heart failure receiving therapy for breast cancer. Studying samples of germline DNA in the laboratory from patients with congestive heart failure receiving therapy for breast cancer may help doctors …

Value of Pleural Lavage Cytology in Resectable Esophageal Carcinoma Eastern Cooperative Thoracic Oncology Projects 2005, ECTOP-2005)
Disease recurrence and metastasis are common after curative treatment for patients with esophageal cancer. Thus, it is important to identify the risk factors to predict disease recurrence and metastasis. Pleural lavage cytology (PLC) is reported to be associated with disease recurrence and patient survival in lung cancer, but the value …
