The overall goal of this proposed study is to evaluate the efficacy of a small-group, stroke-specific, self-management program delivered via telehealth to improve self-efficacy, activity performance, and quality of life in individuals with sub-acute stroke.
Intervening on Opioid Use and Loneliness
This study aims to enroll 300 participants who will be assigned to one of three 3 groups. Each group will receive an intervention lasting 6, weekly sessions of 40-60 minutes. Eligibility include having an opioid use disorder and reporting loneliness or feeling alone or disconnected.

A Study on TIL for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors
This study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy in patients with advanced solid tumors. Autologous TILs and gene-edited TILs are expanded from tumor resections or biopsies and infused i.v. into the patient after NMA lymphodepletion treatment with hydroxychloroquine(600mg,single-dose) and cyclophosphamide.
