Diabetic Foot Ulcer Imaging- Study 2
All study procedures will occur during one appointment. The research team will measure the size of the foot ulcer (if one is present) and multiple photos will be taken with a smart phone camera and thermal camera. Demographic information will be obtained from the medical record.
Modified Multi-Platform Trial Assessing Multiple CAMPs and SOC vs SOC Alone in the Treatment of DFU and VLUs
This is a multicenter, prospective, randomized controlled modified multi-platform (matriarch) trial evaluating several cellular, acellular, and matrix-like products (CAMPs) and standard of care versus standard of care alone in the management of nonhealing diabetic foot and venous leg ulcers.
Clinical Study Evaluating Symphony™ Versus Standard of Care in the Treatment of Non-Healing Diabetic Foot Ulcers
The study will evaluate the safety and performance of Symphony™ versus Standard of Care (SOC) in the treatment of chronic non-healing diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) after 12 weeks of treatment.
A Multicenter, Prospective, Controlled Clinical Trial Evaluating the Efficacy of a Single Layer Placental-based Allograft and Standard of Care in the Management of Nonhealing Diabetic Foot Ulcers
A multicenter, prospective, controlled clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of a single layer placental-based allograft and standard of care in the management of nonhealing diabetic foot ulcers.
Modified Platform Trial Assessing Multiple CAMPs and SOC Vs SOC Alone in the Treatment of Hard-to-Heal DFUs
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of four dehydrated complete human placental membrane, also defined as Cellular, Acellular, Matrix-like Products/skin substitutes, plus SOC versus SOC alone in achieving complete closure of hard-to-heal diabetic foot ulcers over 12 weeks using a modified platform trial design.
Modified Platform Trial Evaluating PpLHACM and SOC Versus SOC Alone in the Treatment of Nonhealing DFUs
This study will evaluate two human amnion/chorion membrane (ppLHACM) products and Standard of Care (SOC) versus SOC alone in the closure of nonhealing diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs).
Dehydrated Human Amnion Membrane and Standard of Care Versus Standard of Care Alone in Nonhealing Diabetic Foot Ulcers
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of dehydrated human amnion membrane (dhAM) and standard of care (SOC) versus SOC alone in the closure of nonhealing diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs).
Evaluating the Efficacy of a Single Layer Placental-based Allograft and Standard of Care Versus Standard of Care
A Randomized Controlled Multicenter Clinical Trial, Evaluating the Efficacy of a Single Layer Placental-based Allograft and Standard of Care versus Standard of Care alone in the management of Nonhealing Diabetic Foot Ulcers
A Study to Evaluate ENERGI-F703 GEL in Diabetic Foot Ulcer
This Phase 3 study is a randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled, multiple-center, parallel study to evaluate efficacy and safety of ENERGI-F703 GEL compared with vehicle control in subjects with Wagner Grade 1 to Grade 2 diabetic foot ulcers. Baseline target ulcer size (<16 cm2 vs ≥16 cm2 ) will be included as …
Marginal Ulcer Healing With Low-Thermal Argon Plasma Endoscopic Treatment
The objective of the study is to investigate the treatment of marginal ulcers with Low Thermal plasma in an endoscopic setting. By a treatment of the ulcerated areas with argon plasma with low power settings (~ 1 W) we hypothesize that the size of the ulcers will shrink, and the …
