Umbilical Cord Blood Transplantation Using a Myeloablative Preparative Regimen for Hematological Diseases
This is a treatment guideline for an unrelated umbilical cord blood transplant (UCBT) using a myeloablative preparative regimen for the treatment of hematological diseases, including, but not limited to acute leukemias. The myeloablative preparative regimen will consist of cyclophosphamide (CY), fludarabine (FLU) and fractionated total body irradiation (TBI).
Tafasitamab and Lenalidomide Followed by Tafasitamab and ICE as Salvage Therapy for Transplant Eligible Patients With Relapsed/ Refractory Large B-Cell Lymphoma
This phase II clinical trial evaluates tafasitamab and lenalidomide followed by tafasitamab and the carboplatin, etoposide and ifosfamide (ICE) regimen as salvage therapy for transplant eligible patients with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or has not responded to treatment (refractory). Tafasitamab is a monoclonal antibody that may …
Study Evaluating Safety and Efficacy of JCAR017 in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study to determine the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL. The study will include a Phase 1 part to determine the recommended dose of JCAR017 monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or …
A Study of the Clinical Application of [18F]RCCB6 and [68Ga]Ga-NOTA-RCCB6 PET/CT Imaging in the Diagnosis of CD70-expressing Multiple Tumors
The aim of this study was to establish and optimize the [18F]RCCB6 and [68Ga]Ga-NOTA-RCCB6 PET/CT imaging method, and its physiological and pathological distribution characteristics, on the basis of which the diagnostic efficacy of the above imaging agents in renal cancer (especially clear cell renal cell carcinoma) and lymphoma was evaluated.
Spa Therapy for Upper or Lower Limb Lymphoedema
THERMOEDEME is a comparative, controlled, randomized, multicenter and simple blinded (investigator) trial. The aim of this study is to evaluate effects of spa therapy in phlebology with a therapeutic education program in daily life of patients suffering lymphoedema.
Myeloablative Allo HSCT With Related or Unrelated Donor for Heme Disorders
This is a Phase II study of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HCT) using a myeloablative preparative regimen (of either total body irradiation (TBI); or, fludarabine/busulfan for patients unable to receive further radiation). followed by a post-transplant graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis regimen of post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), tacrolimus (Tac), and mycophenolate …
Lenalidomide in Combination With R-DA-EPOCH in Patients With Untreated DLBCL With MYC Rearrangement
The prognosis of DLBCL with MYC rearrangement is dismal. Previous study showed that lenalidomide in combination with R-CHOP showed promising therapeutic activity and that R-DA EPOCH was superior compared to R-CHOP regimen in this cohort of patients. The investigators therefore design this phase I/II study to investigate the safety and …
A Study of Ultra-fraction Radiotherapy Bridging CART in R/R DLBCL
This is a single-arm single center study to prospectively evaluate the safety and efficacy of ultra-fraction radiotherapy bridging CAR-T therapy in relapsed/refractory diffuse large b cell lymphoma
Pembrolizumab, Ibrutinib and Rituximab in PCNSL
This research study is evaluating a combination therapy of 3 drugs as possible treatments for recurrent primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL). The three drugs being used in the study are: Pembrolizumab (MK3475) Ibrutinib Rituximab (or biosimilar)
Acalabrutinib in Combination With Venetoclax for the Treatment of Refractory or Recurrent Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma, The AVENUE-2 Trial
This phase II trial is to evaluate the effects of acalabrutinib in combination with venetoclax in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that does not respond to treatment (refractory) or that has come back (recurrent). Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some …
