Faecal Microbiota Transplantation After Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation

The aim of this study is to assess the Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) efficacy in the prevention of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) complications and particularly Graft versus Host Disease (GvHD). The hypothesis of this study is that allogeneic FMT may improve outcomes of these patients.

CLIC-2201 for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory B Cell Malignancies

This is a phase I dose-finding trial of an autologous CD22 targeting chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell product, called CLIC-2201, for participants with relapsed/refractory B cell malignancies. In the proposed trial, eligible enrolled participants will undergo leukapheresis for autologous T cell collection to enable CLIC-2201 manufacturing, followed by lymphodepletion with …

Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation From HLA-matched Donor After Flu-Mel-PTCy Versus Flu-Mel-ATG Reduced-intensity Conditioning

The present project aims at comparing two conditioning regimens (FM-PTCy vs FM-ATG). The hypothesis is that one or the two regimens will lead to a 2-year cGRFS rate improvement from 30% (the cGRFS rate with FM without ATG/PTCy) to 45% (Pick-a-winner phase 2 randomized study).

CART123 T Cells in Relapsed or Refractory CD123+ Hematologic Malignancies: a Dose Escalation Phase I Trial

Adult patients with refractory or relapsed CD123+ hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, or blastic plasmocytoid dentritic cell neoplasm will be recruited in the trial. CART123 cells will be manufatured from blood of each patient. During the production of CAR123 cells, patients may receive appropriate …

PI3K Inhibitors for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory Indolent T/NK-cell Lymphomas

Indolent T/NK-cell lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of lymphoproliferative diseases originating from T/NK cells, characterized by slow growth and proliferation, but currently remain incurable. For indolent T/NK-cell lymphomas that are unresponsive to first-line treatment, there are few treatment options available and the prognosis is poor. This study is an open-label, …
