Atezolizumab and BEvacizumab With STereotactic Body Radiotherapy for Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
To determine the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab-bevacizumab combination therapy plus stereotactic body radiotherapy(SBRT) in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, Subjects will start SBRT for one or more primary cancers and/or metastatic lesions and no more than 5 sites within two month before and after the start date of atezolizumab-bevacizumab …
SRS/SRT/Hypo-RT Versus HA-WBRT for No More Than 10 Brain Metastases in SCLC
This phase III trial compares the effect of stereotactic radiosurgery and whole brain radiation therapy that avoids the hippocampus (the memory zone of the brain) for the treatment of small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain.
Non Elective Vulnerable Elderly Radiotherapy
To evaluate whether patients defined "non-fit for curative non-surgical radio-chemotherapy" and therefore treated with RT alone addressed only to non-elective sites of disease, could obtain a non-inferior loco-regional control compared to similar historical cohorts.
Dose De-escalation and Sentinel LN Mapping Driven Radiotherapy of Contralateral Neck in Ipsilateral Node Positive HNSCC
The study involves head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC) of the oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx or hypopharynx with positive nodes on only one side of the neck and no distant metastasis treated by primary (chemo)radiotherapy. The elective node irradiation on the contralateral side is not always mandatory and the …
Clinical Study of SI-B001+SI-B003± Chemotherapy in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Phase Ib: To observe the safety and tolerability of SI-B001+SI-B003 in combination and to identify RP2D in locally advanced or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma indications. Initial efficacy, pharmacokinetic characteristics and immunogenicity were evaluated. Phase II: To evaluate the efficacy of SI-B001+SI-B003 two-drug combination chemotherapy. Safety and tolerance, …
5-Azacytidine and/or Nivolumab in Resectable HPV-Associated HNSCC
This study is being done because both 5-azacytidine and nivolumab can influence the immune system's response to HPV-associated head and neck cancer, and we wish to evaluate whether taking 5-azacytidine will make HPV-associated head and neck cancer more sensitive to treatment with nivolumab. 5-Azacytidine (5-AZA) is a chemotherapy, and nivolumab …
A Study of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring-Based Atezolizumab Dosing
Background A type of drug called monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitors are often used in cancer treatment. These drugs help the body s immune system fight cancer by blocking proteins that cause cancer cells to grow. One of these drugs (atezolizumab) is approved to treat certain cancers. Researchers want to …
Single-Arm Exploratory Study of PD-L1 Antibody Plus Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Locally Advanced Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma
This single-arm exploratory study plans to enroll 69 locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LA-HNSCC) patients. Participants will receive Adebrelimab (PD-L1 antibody) plus TP regimen (docetaxel/cisplatin) as neoadjuvant therapy for 1-4 weeks, followed by surgery and subsequent follow-up phase.
HN-BIO 02: A Phase II Randomized Study of the Effects of Delayed Elective Radiotherapy on Head and Neck MRI and Immune Response Biomarkers
This is a single centre prospective exploratory study of effects of radiation therapy on biomarker development in patients with newly diagnosed (head and neck squamous cell carcinoma) HNSCC receiving curative therapy. This research is part 2 of the HN-BIO study.
dTACE-HAIC Combined With Bevacizumab and Atezolizumab for Huge Hepatocellular Carcinoma
This study intends to evaluate the efficacy and safety of drug-eluting transcatheter arterial embolization-hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy of oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin (dTACE-HAIC) plus Bevacizumab and Atezolizumab for patients with intermediate-advanced huge hepatocellular carcinoma.
