Concurrent Nab-paclitaxel with Intensity-modulated Radiation Therapy in Patients with Stage III-IVa Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose and the recommended phase II dose for nab-paclitaxel when administered concurrently with radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Researchers will observe the toxicity response of patients receiving nab-paclitaxel at 180 mg/m², 200 mg/m², 230 mg/m², and 260 mg/m².

Efficacy and Safety of TPC+Apatinib+Camrelizumab vs GP+ Camrelizumab for High-Risk Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma: A Phase 3 Trial

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the TPC regimen (nab-paclitaxel, cisplatin, and capecitabine) combined with apatinib and camrelizumab versus the GP regimen (gemcitabine and cisplatin) combined with camrelizumab for the treatment of high-risk regionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma with a high risk of distant metastasis. The evaluation …

Reflectance Confocal Microscopy and Molecular Correlation in Atypical Melanocytic Lesions

This observational, prospective cohort study aims to evaluate the diagnostic relevance of Reflectance Confocal Microscopy (RCM) features in atypical melanocytic lesions scheduled for surgical excision, and to correlate these imaging features with molecular profiles obtained through Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). Approximately 200 consecutive lesions, including atypical nevi and early-stage melanomas, will …

Trauma-Informed Procedural Pain Intervention: Refinement of an Evidence-Based Protocol

The Trauma-Informed Procedural Pain Intervention (TIPPI-R) has been developed as a standardized way to provide education and teach evidence-based strategies for managing pain and distress that may occur during pediatric cancer treatment. The purpose of this clinical trial study is to test how helpful TIPPI-R is in supporting children and …

A Phase II Study to Evaluate HLX43 in Subjects With Recurrent/Metastatic Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Failed or Intolerance to Second-line Therapy

The study is to explore the reasonable dosage and to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of HLX43 (Anti-PD-L1 ADC) in patients with recurrent/metastatic Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) who failed or are intolerant to second-line herapy.

Sapylin Versus Dexamethasone Inhalation for CCRT-Induced Oral Mucositis in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Radiation therapy is the main treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), and standard care for advanced NPC often includes combination chemotherapy and radiation (CCRT). However, many patients experience serious side effects, such as painful mouth sores (Radiation-Induced Oral Mucositis, RTOM). These side effects can be so severe that they lower a …

Induction High-Low Dose Radiotherapy Plus Anti-PD-1 Followed by Definitive Radiotherapy in Recurrent Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (Single-Arm Phase II)

This single-arm, single-center phase II trial evaluates the safety and efficacy of a non-continuous radio-immunotherapy strategy for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) unsuitable for surgery. Induction consists of three fractions of low-dose radiotherapy (1.5 Gy ×3) plus high-dose boosts (5 Gy ×3 to tumor core with carotid/mucosal sparing) combined with anti-PD-1 …

Reduced-dose Versus Conventional-dose Intensity-modulated Radiation Therapy for Locally Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma With Remission After Induction Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy

To explore the efficacy and safety of reduced-dose radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy and immunotherapy in stage Ⅳa (AJCC 8th,) locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who are sensitive to induction chemoimmunotherapy (assessed as complete response \[CR\]/partial response \[PR\] by imaging, with EBV DNA copy number reduced to zero or below …

Surgery Plus Target-reduction Chemoradiotherapy vs Regular Chemoradiotherapy for Newly Diagnosed Resectable Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Through a prospective clinical trial, we intend to combine surgery, induction chemotherapy, target-reduction intensity-modulated radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy as an experimental treatment for patients with newly diagnosed resectable nasopharyngeal carcinoma to illuminate whether combined surgery could bring patients better local-regional control and lower adverse reactions.

Clinical Study on the EBV CAR-T /TCR-T Cells in the Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

This study was a single-arm, open-label, "3 + 3" dose-escalation Exploratory research. The patients were divided into two groups: EBV TCR-T-cell Group and EBV CAR-T-cell group. The EBV CAR-T-treated group received three progressively increasing dose levels (3.0 × 106 cells/kg, 9.0 × 106 cells/kg, 1.5 × 107 cells/kg) of EBV …
