Study on TIL for the Treatment of Advanced Hepatobiliary-Pancreatic Cancers
This study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy in patients with advanced hepatobiliary-pancreatic cancers. Autologous TILs are expanded from tumor resections or biopsies and infused i.v. into the patient after NMA lymphodepletion treatment with hydroxychloroquine(600mg,single-dose) and cyclophosphamide.
NKG2D/CLDN18.2 CAR-T(KD-496) in the Treatment of Advanced NKG2DL+/CLDN18.2+ Solid Tumors
This is a Phase 1, single-arm, single-center, open-label study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of NKG2D/CLDN18.2-based CAR-T cells infusion in the treatment of advanced NKG2DL+/CLDN18.2+ solid tumors.
High Dose-Rate Brachytherapy for the Treatment of Both Primary and Secondary Unresectable Liver Malignancies
Over the past three decades, the treatment of both primary and secondary liver malignancies has been improved by the development and optimization of multiple minimally invasive thermal ablative therapies. These advances have resulted in a myriad of benefits for patients including decreased morbidity, mortality, as well as increased longevity and …
Leflunomide or Combination of MEK Inhibitor and Hydroxychloroquine for Refractory Patients With RAS Mutations
There is a huge variety of nucleotide substitutions that activate RAS. The search for new "universal" drugs for the RAS pathway that either interfere with RAS upregulation upstream in the signaling pathway or offset the consequences of RAS activation is important for improving therapeutic outcomes for patients with refractory malignancies. …
First in Human Study of TORL-2-307-ADC in Participants With Advanced Cancer
This first-in-human study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and antitumor activity of TORL-2-307-ADC in patients with advanced cancer
METabolic PROFILE of Hepatocarcinoma and Pancreatic Tumors
Hepatic (hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)) and pancreatic (pancreatic adenocarcinoma (ADKP); pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (TNEP)) primary tumors are the most common malignant tumors of the hepato-bilio-pancreatic system and represent a major public health issue. At present, the management of these tumors is based on recommendations based on the existence of rudimentary prognostic …
Oral Immunonutrition With Synbiotics, Omega 3 and Vitamin D in Patients Undergoing Duodenopancreatectomy for Tumoral Lesion.
The purpose of this trial is to demonstrate that synbioimmunonutrition (SI) combined with omega-3 fatty acids (O3) and Vitamin D (D) is superior to conventional 7-day preoperative immunonutrition in terms of reducing overall morbidity, in cases of duodenopancreatectomy for tumoral lesion.
Upfront EUS CGN/CPN vs Conventional Step up Approach for Inoperable Painful Pancreatic Cancer
Patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer are often demoralized by intractable, persistent and incapacitating pain. It must be managed aggressively and strong opioids are recommended as the mainstay of treatment. However, patients develop opioid-related adverse effects. EUS-guided celiac plexus neurolysis (CPN) and celiac ganglion neurolysis (CGN) has been shown to provide …
Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of BGT007H Cell Therapy in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Pancreatic Cancer
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BGT007H cell therapy in patients with recurrent/refractory pancreatic cancer.
DOVIPA, a Study Evaluating Efficacy and Safety of DOstarlimab and VItamin D3 With mFOLFIRINOX in PAncreatic Cancer
The goal of this clinical trial is to estimate the antitumor response of mFOLFIRINOX + Dostarlimab + oral HD vitamin D3 in patients with non-pretreated histologically confirmed metastatic Stage IV adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. The patients must have an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG)-Performance Status (PS) 0 or 1 and …
