Overview
This is an observational, monocentric, retrospective cohort study. The study's primary objective is to examine the maternal and fetal outcomes in pregnancies that occurred before the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in a group of female participants who were subsequently diagnosed with SLE.
Description
The investigators aim to study obstetrical and systemic signs in participants' pregnancies before a SLE diagnosis is made. Information will be collected from medical records or by asking the participants questions during their medical visits. The diagnosis of SLE is made using the ACR1997 criteria. It is also made by renal histologic findings.
The study must answer three questions :

- What were the fetal and maternal outcome after or during each pregnancy?
- What is/was the severity of SLE after the diagnosis has been made?
