Inclusion Criteria:

  • Young healthy adult males

  • Smoking, consuming cannabis
  • Skipping breakfast regularly
  • Disordered eating patterns
  • Taking certain medications that may affect the central and peripheral mechanisms of food intake regulation, cognitive performance and sedative medications
  • Food allergies and aversion towards seaweeds
