Inclusion Criteria:

  • patients scheduled for cardiac surgery (coronary artery bypass graft surgery and/or valvular surgery) or transcatheter valve implantation

Exclusion Criteria:

  • pregnant woman
  • urgent surgery or intervention
  • not able to consent to the protocol
