Inclusion Criteria:

  • Limb sarcoma of upper and lower limb
  • Limb salvage

Exclusion Criteria:

  • liver insufficiency
  • renal insufficiency
  • allergic to drug
  • history of thromboembolic condition
  • pregnancy
  • metastatic disease
